We are inviting talented artists and vendors to join us for Salem CultureFest 2017. This year’s festival will be held at the Salem Willows (Salem, MA) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 22nd and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 23rd featuring local artists, musicians, dance and theatre performers, children’s entertainers, crafters, and vendors from throughout New England. All activities are free and available to the public.

Salem CultureFest 2017 will be promoted throughout the Metro Boston and North Shore area, and we are expecting over 2,000 visitors.
Information for vendors:
  • A registration fee of $150 for one day or $250 for two days is required for your participation in the event (a $25 discount will be given to our returning vendors).
  • Volunteers will be on hand to help with the set-up starting at 8 a.m. (both days).
  • The festival will take place rain or shine.
  • Parking for exhibitors will be available on-street and in our city’s public lots at the Salem Willows.
  • Donations (registration fees) are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and are non-refundable.
  • A3D guarantees a single 12' x 12' space for registered artists and vendors. Artists and vendors are responsible for providing own equipment (tables, tents, etc.).
Important Dates:
  • June 15th, 2017 - Registration Deadline with $50 deposit and completed CORI form
  • July 1st, 2017 - Payment due in full
  • July 5th, 2017 - Confirmation Packets with maps mailed to participants
  • July 22nd & 23rd, 2017 - Salem CultureFest 2017

If you are already registered as an artist or vendor, please download the site plan illustrating where the table spaces are to be located. You should receive a confirmation email around July 5th that contains your table assignment. That assignment corresponds to the information found within this site plan.
